The winner of class 1 and 2 in
each show will automatically be upgraded to the next class or
will have to compete H/C in these
classes in the further shows.
There
will be 3 age groups for this series 12 and below, 13 21, over 21.
Points gained in each show will
be added together for
the Championships with the
Presentation Evening being held on Monday 15th
March in the cafι at 8pm.
Perpetual trophies & Special
Awards to the winners and rosettes to the runners up

NB. HC entries will only be
accepted if room available and Unlike Show Jumping entry,
Dressage competitors may make an
entry HC without jeopardizing their entry into later classes on the same day.

All competitors must sign to
confirm acceptance of the rules. Parent
or Guardian must sign on behalf of any competitor under the age of 16 years.

Competitors who do not telephone
at the specified times
will be deemed to have withdrawn and their spaces offered to those on the
waiting list.
ENTRY
FEE WILL NOT BE RETURNED IN THESE CASES.
Withdrawals must be notified to
the secretary before the closing date of each show. Withdrawals after this date if accompanied by
a Doctor/Vet Certificate there will be a 50% refund.
For copies of NON BD Walk & Trot tests please
S.A.E. and add 50p to the entry total.
Also NON BD WALK & Trot tests available free online at www.eaglesfield.net
Post dated cheques will be accepted
by those competitors wishing to enter the whole series.
PLEASE

While
at the show we would appreciate your assistance in picking up your horses
droppings to keep the surfaces of arenas in good
condition for all riders.
